The basic configuration of led high pole lights is introduced as follows:
1. The light pole is octagonal, twelve and eighteen pyramids. It is made of high-strength and high-grade steel plate through cutting, bending and automatic welding. The general height is 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. Capable of up to 60 m / s, each size consists of 3 to 4 connectors. With flange steel chassis, diameter 1 to 1.2 meters, thickness 30 mm to 40 mm.
2. Functionality is mainly frame structure, and decorative materials are mainly steel through and steel pipes. The lamp pole and lamp panel are treated with hot-dip zinc.
3. The electric lifting system is composed of an electric motor, a hoist, three groups of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The high pole lamp is installed inside the lamp pole, and the lifting speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4． The guide and unloading system is composed of guide wheels and guide arms to ensure that the lamp panel does not move laterally during the lifting process, and to ensure that the lamp panel can automatically fall off and be locked by the hook when the lamp panel is raised in place.
5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6-24 pieces of 400w-1000w metal halide (white light), flood light, flood light, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of turning the lights on and off or part of the lighting.
6. Lightning protection system: a 1.5m long lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and a 1m long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
